Approval workflow reminder
- Approve — Makes the item live and sends an approval email. Comments are not included in approval emails.
- Reject — choose Set Pending (asks the artist to revise. sends a feedback email that includes your comment.) or Deny (sends a generic rejection email. the comment field above is not included.)
- Admin Comment — always saved to the profile. The artist sees it in their account. It is emailed only when status changes to Pending.
- Save Changes — same as Set Pending if you enter a comment, choose Pending status, and save without using the Reject modal.
- Emails send only when status changes, and only in production.
Pending + Save Changes works like Reject → Set Pending. Hidden and Draft do not send emails.
Saved to the artist's account immediately. Emailed only when status changes to Pending (via Reject → Set Pending, or Pending + Save Changes).

- Submit Updates — saves print details only. To send review feedback or reject a print, use the Reject button.
- Emails send only when status changes, and only in production.
Draft, Hidden, and Public only. To request changes or reject a print, use the Reject button — that sends the artist an email.
