Shipping Policy

Australian Orders

We are pleased to offer free shipping for Australian orders over $250, up to 20kg. This is automatically calculated at the time of checkout. Orders over 20kg will be sent via courier and quoted at dispatch.

International Orders

We are happy to provide international shipping rates. These are calculated during checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Canada and the USA.

Pre-Order

Many of our products are a part of our pre-order stock. This means that you are ordering a product that has not yet been produced. We have pre-order time windows that last typically two weeks, at the end of the fortnight all pre-orders are consolidated and we order the production of the fabric bases and prints. Because of this, there is a manufacturing lead time before shipping commences. This can be up to 5 – 7 weeks; however, in many cases is much shorter.

Please be aware that some delays may occur outside of our control. All updates on orders will be posted via our VIP Group on Facebook.

Retail Orders

Orders for products that are a part of our in-house retail stock, will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days of order.

Australian Postage and Packaging Fees via AusPost

All parcels will be sent with Australia Post standard shipping unless express shipping is selected and paid for. Orders over 20kg will be sent via courier.

All shipping costs are based on the current Australia Post prices and calculated on the size and weight of the fabric ordered.
