Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value your satisfaction and offer transparent, customer-friendly policies for returning or cancelling orders. Find all the information you need for a hassle-free shopping experience, ensuring peace of mind with every fabric purchase.

If your fabric is flawed with a printing or weaving issue, please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange for return shipping back to us and then discuss options for replacement, exchange, or full refund.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your pre-order with us anytime or return your fabric for a refund.

The returned fabric must be in the same condition that it arrived in and not be cut or washed.

Change-of-mind cancellations or returned items over 4m in length (approx. $150 in value) will attract a 20% cancellation fee. If you have supplied artwork for custom printing, the cancellation fee is 50%, regardless of length or value. Restocked fabric, including custom prints, will be sold as retail stock.

Refund Process

Once your items are received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Shipping

If you would like to return your product, please contact us for a return address.

We will cover postage fees for flawed fabric. For change-of-mind cancellations, please arrange shipping to return the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When returning orders over $100, please consider postal insurance/extra cover.
